Refund Policy

At Logoryx, we aim to deliver high-quality logo and branding work. Because our services involve digital goods and custom design time, refunds are limited.

1. AI logo credits

Purchases of AI logo credits are generally non-refundable once credits have been used to generate logos. If you believe you were charged in error or experience a technical issue that prevented you from using your credits, please contact support@logoryx.com and we will review your case.

2. Custom logo and brand identity

Custom design services involve manual work by designers. Once work has started on your custom logo or brand identity, payments are typically non-refundable. In exceptional cases (e.g. if we are unable to deliver the agreed work), we will review the situation and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

3. Vector upgrades

Vector upgrades are manually prepared SVG files based on your chosen logo. Once the vector file has been delivered to your account, the service is considered complete and non-refundable.

4. How to request a review

If you have any issue with a purchase, email support@logoryx.com with:

  • Your account email
  • Date of purchase
  • Stripe receipt or transaction ID (if available)
  • A short description of the problem

We will review your request in good faith and respond as quickly as possible.
